Basic Builder\u00a0<\/em>This is a window with tools that helps you edit and enhance messages. To open it, simply click the \u201cEdit\u201d button in the growth tools:<\/p>\n

To edit a broadcast, just click its name to open the broadcast (or click \u201c+ New Broadcast\u201d to create a new one):<\/p>\n

  1. Starting Step<\/em>\u00a0- This is the starting point of any message flow.<\/li>\n
  2. Additional Steps<\/em>\u00a0- All messages connected to each other by buttons.<\/li>\n
  3. Unattached Steps -<\/em>All messages that are not connected to any buttons.<\/li>\n
  4. Element Settings Window\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0- You can change the name and settings of the element here. Similarly, you can attach additional actions to the element using the \u201c+ New Action\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  5. Blocks<\/em>List\u2013\u00a0<\/em>This list contains all the blocks you can insert into messages.<\/li>\n
  6. Attention Icon<\/em>\u00a0- Indicates that the current block requires additional customization (hover over it with the cursor to see what needs to be done).<\/li>\n
  7. Preview Area<\/em>\u00a0- Displays the message from the recipient's side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After editing the message flow, click the \u201cPublish\u201d button to apply all changes:<\/p>\n

    *Please note*<\/strong>The following block types are not available in the Basic Builder and can only be found in the Flow Builder:<\/p>\n

    1. "\u00a0Starting Another Flow<\/a>\u00a0\u201d- This block allows you to trigger another flow internally.<\/li>\n
    2. "\u00a0Conditions<\/a>\u00a0\u201d- This block enables you to create basic logic within the flow and separate the flow based on user data.<\/li>\n
    3. "\u00a0Randomizer<\/a>\u00a0\u201d- This block allows you to set up A\/B split steps within the Flow.<\/li>\n
