Remove Tag<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong data-identifyelement=\"488\">Delete<\/strong>Perform actions when a specific tag is deleted.<\/span><br data-identifyelement=\"489\"><span data-identifyelement=\"490\">\u2013&nbsp;<strong data-identifyelement=\"491\">19. Subscribe to Sequence<\/strong>&nbsp;- Trigger when someone subscribes to a specific sequence.<\/span><br data-identifyelement=\"492\"><span data-identifyelement=\"493\">\u2013&nbsp;<strong data-identifyelement=\"494\">Unsubscribe from sequence<\/strong>&nbsp;- Trigger when someone unsubscribes from a specific sequence.<\/span><br data-identifyelement=\"495\"><span data-identifyelement=\"496\">\u2013&nbsp;<strong data-identifyelement=\"497\">Custom field value has changed<\/strong>- Perform actions when the value of the selected \u201ccustom user field\u201d changes.<\/span><br data-identifyelement=\"498\"><span data-identifyelement=\"499\">\u2013&nbsp;<strong data-identifyelement=\"500\">New subscriber<\/strong>&nbsp;-When someone subscribes to the roaming device (not applicable to re-subscribing users), execute the \u201caction\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"478\"><span data-identifyelement=\"501\">These triggers allow you to perform all actions in the \u201caction\u201d steps within Flow Builder. The great thing is that you can create automated events in ManyChat outside of Flows, and all events will execute globally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"483\"><span data-identifyelement=\"502\">Create Rules<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"485\"><span data-identifyelement=\"503\">To create a new rule, go to Automation =&gt; Rules.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"487\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009629704\/original\/WbygqE7fk5oIc_h03pjCcf-x1vQl_GgFnQ.png?1529659220\" data-identifyelement=\"504\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"489\"><span data-identifyelement=\"505\">Create a new rule. Now select the desired trigger and action. For example, let's subscribe them to a sequence immediately after obtaining a tag. You can apply this tag to different flows, and everyone who receives this tag will be subscribed. Select the trigger:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"491\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009637358\/original\/dQVx9sNQia79NY2PfTtjpY7MY3KMzUQOLQ.png?1529664596\" data-identifyelement=\"506\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"493\"><span data-identifyelement=\"507\">Choose the action to be executed after the application code. You can perform this action<strong data-identifyelement=\"508\">Once, for each user<\/strong>or<strong data-identifyelement=\"509\">An unlimited number of times&nbsp;<\/strong>(You can set its action group above).<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"497\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009637863\/original\/NStYkrU110Loh9bqJCUcnNnhv0rAUhXDUA.png?1529664951\" data-identifyelement=\"510\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"499\"><span data-identifyelement=\"511\">Save the rule and activate it. You can add multiple triggers in one rule. For example, you can execute actions once any of these tags are applied. You can also create multiple actions within one rule:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"501\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009638646\/original\/BmzjRJ1R_iNCFla0D5T2_XKUCMmU4G1yXQ.png?1529665526\" data-identifyelement=\"512\"><\/p>\n<p id=\"conditions\" data-identifyelement=\"505\"><span data-identifyelement=\"514\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.manychat.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/36000067359-rules-triggers-actions-system-#conditions\" data-identifyelement=\"468\">Using Conditions<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"507\"><span data-identifyelement=\"515\">Some triggers allow you to add conditions. I have set up a Zap event action that will immediately send a confirmation email to subscribers after its \u201ccustom field\u201d value changes. I added a condition that only triggers for users matching that condition - subscribed before a specific date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"509\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009642051\/original\/Js7U1v25NUNWfyWQvh1JYbEh0c7bNpKMwQ.png?1529668027\" data-identifyelement=\"516\"><span data-identifyelement=\"517\">Date\/time-based triggers<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"512\"><span data-identifyelement=\"518\">This trigger allows actions to be executed based on custom user fields of date\/date and time type. You can also use system fields and execute actions based on the subscription date or time of the last interaction with the bot. Here's how to set it up:<\/span><span data-identifyelement=\"519\"><br data-identifyelement=\"520\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"516\"><span data-identifyelement=\"521\">Select a date\/time-based trigger and define its closing time - before, after, or on the exact date and time in the \u201ccustom field\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"518\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009643802\/original\/ElIXv_iCSxNWsCa-74dyZEOIZtxEeLSAiQ.png?1529669515\" data-identifyelement=\"522\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"520\"><span data-identifyelement=\"523\">Choose the desired \u201ccustom user field\u201d (or system field) from the dropdown menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"522\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009644564\/original\/6Fwypxt74CnRm3mR3JvkUrc6_lcwm89FQA.png?1529670151\" data-identifyelement=\"524\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"524\"><span data-identifyelement=\"525\">And select the time you want this trigger to close. You can use the time stored in the \u201ccustom field\u201d or select the exact time from the list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"526\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36009644737\/original\/M3yMGVdqQ7BXsCJtYiUhAexGre-RGdJi4A.png?1529670299\" data-identifyelement=\"526\"><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"528\"><span data-identifyelement=\"527\">New Action: Start Flow<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"530\"><span data-identifyelement=\"528\">This action comes from your roaming device content flow. For example, you can send a flow with birthday greetings on the subscriber's birthday. This is how it is set up.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"532\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36010145085\/original\/cNIIgTrC-26TFzb8EaFwjwllYL1Q3g9KGg.png?1530269950\" data-identifyelement=\"529\"><\/p>\n<p id=\"notes\" data-identifyelement=\"534\"><span data-identifyelement=\"530\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.manychat.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/36000067359-rules-triggers-actions-system-#notes\" data-identifyelement=\"531\">notes<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"534\"><br data-identifyelement=\"532\"><span data-identifyelement=\"533\">-Please remember to check the \u201cRepeat this event every year\u201d checkbox to send messages on their birthday, as that date will never occur again in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"536\"><span data-identifyelement=\"534\">-Also note that the same rule will trigger once for the same subscriber within 30 seconds, in case the same rule can be triggered multiple times in a very short period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"536\"><span data-identifyelement=\"535\">\u2013It should also be noted that if you apply the rule trigger to users through the \u201cBulk Actions\u201d tab in the \u201cAudience\u201d section, the rules will not be triggered.
