They look like \u201ccustom user fields,\u201d but can store values related to your bot: text, numbers and formulas, dates and times.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"471\">Here are some examples you can build:<\/p>\n<ul data-identifyelement=\"472\">\n<li>Track the number of coupons you distribute in Messenger and notify yourself when the coupons run out.<\/li>\n<li>Track your webinar or event participants and get notified when there are fewer than 10 spots left.<\/li>\n<li>Decrease the number of remaining products in stock by 1 each time someone makes a purchase in your bot.<\/li>\n<li>Ask your subscribers to rate your bot and track those ratings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"477\">Bot fields can be found in the \u201cSettings\u201d section under the \u201cCustom Fields\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"480\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36013605812\/original\/NDu9xe3Dqr0WiGIaQ8P-G66bdv56YPkRcw.png?1534249436\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"482\">Click + New Bot Field to create a Bot Field. For example, I want to distribute tickets for a webinar, and I have a total of 50 tickets. Create a new bot field with a number type and specify the value. At the start of my flow, I will check if there are available parking spots. Create a new Bot field with a Number type and set its value to 0.
