Published Posts.<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"477\">\u201cThe \u201dPublished Posts\u201c tab includes all posts on your business page - they can be text, photo, video, or live video type posts. Please remember that photos and videos should be uploaded from the device to the post - if items from the \u201dPhotos\u201c or \u201dVideos\u201c section of the fan page are added to the post, the \u201dComments\" widget may not function properly. Only post entities are supported to collect comments and ultimately send private automated replies to users.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"478\">ManyChat does not support event, offer, and job type posts, as well as any reposts from other pages.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"479\">Therefore, the safest way to connect the comments widget to a post on the fan page is to select it from the \u201cPublished Posts\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"480\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36026034848\/original\/O3i-2osKeaXvVa7cPNvNk04QFLMposc9tQ.png?1547461303\" width=\"536\" height=\"461\"><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"482\">2. Promoted Posts.<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-identifyelement=\"489\">\u201cThe \u201dPromoted Posts\" tab includes ad posts, dark posts, boosted posts, and any other posts that can be promoted on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"490\">Ad posts created in Facebook Ads Manager can be found in this tab. All Posts<\/h2>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"502\">Now, we have created a possibility to trigger a single \u201cGrowth Tool\u201d for all your posts. You just need to select \u201cAll Posts\u201d from the list, after which any comments will trigger a response.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"503\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fil fr-dib aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/36050088994\/original\/Be0Y3bwtN6Ebr3eSNPfrZAk8G4OT2B87FA.png?1572969438\" data-id=\"36050088994\">Please note:<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"505\">1. If you have a \u201cComment Growth\u201d tool for a specific post, it will trigger, but the \u201cAll Posts\u201d tool will not.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"506\">2. If there are two \u201cComment Growth Tools for All Posts\u201d on a page, the CGT at the top of the list will trigger.<\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"507\">3. Therefore, even if the commenter types something instead of clicking the button on the widget's \u201cAuto Response\u201d message, you can still gain a new subscriber. This feature essentially acts as a CGT-specific default reply. You can set one of three different options to respond to the subscriber's keyboard input:<\/p>\n<ul data-identifyelement=\"548\">\n<li>You can choose not to send an \u201cOpt-in\u201d message at all.<em>(Note that the absence of some form of confirmation message may confuse some users).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-generated-at=\"15154125046340.19319086714640554\" data-id=\"block-ember2609\" data-identifyelement=\"551\">\n<li>You can choose to send the \u201cOpt-in\u201d message to everyone, regardless of whether the \u201ckeyword\u201d in the user's response has the \u201cSend to all responders\u201d option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-generated-at=\"15154125046350.943779736253441\" data-id=\"block-ember2614\" data-identifyelement=\"553\">\n<li>Alternatively, you can also send the \u201cOpt-in\u201d message only to users who replied to the auto reply message with keywords set in the special field below the options. Please remove the restrictions for the tool to work as intended.<\/li>\n<li>Please remember that due to technical limitations, ManyChat cannot fully track 100% of new subscribers joining through Facebook comments. All unmatched users will become subscribers but will not receive the opt-in message.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThe \u201dFacebook Comments\u201c widget is only applicable to comments left under original posts on \u201dfan pages\" - unfortunately, shared posts are not supported at this time.
