First, you need to connect our integration with Shopify to use triggers in Shopify.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.manychat.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/36000201179-how-to-connect-shopify-to-manychat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-identifyelement=\"473\"><strong data-identifyelement=\"474\"><span>Learn more about how to do this.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"442\"><span>To create a new workflow, click on the \u201cWorkflows\u201d tab. Then, click the + New Workflow button. For example, if you use \u201csmart delay\u201d in the \u201cAbandoned Cart Automation\u201d and want to check if this cart has been paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-identifyelement=\"493\"><strong data-identifyelement=\"494\"><span>Abandoned Shopping Cart Vault<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0-Make your message more appealing by showing customers the items they left behind in the cart vault.
