This article will guide you to enable Shopify integration.
From this article, you will learn how to connect your Shopify store to ManyChat to create automations that will allow you to generate subscribers from the store, re-engage abandoned carts, notify your customers of order and shipment updates, collect reviews and provide feedback after purchase, and generate repeat purchases.
Set up integration #
There are many options to start the ManyChat Shopify integration:
- Go to Settings -> Integrations.
- Enter your Shopify store address and then click the button below: “Connect Shopify Account.”
- You will be redirected to the app installation page in Shopify.
- Click the “Install unlisted app” button.
That's it. Now you can start using the Shopify integration.

Question: “What is the ”Hide my current widget from Shopify" setting?
Answer:After enabling our integration, you will be able to easily install widgets in your store. Just activate the widget, and it will automatically display there. However, if you currently have widgets set up in ManyChat for different pages (e.g., your website) and do not want them to display in your Shopify store, please check this box, and they will be hidden from your store.
After setting up the integration, the “Campaign with Abandoned Cart Template” will be automatically installed on your page, and you can get started.

Disconnect ManyChat from Shopify #
If you decide to disconnect the integration, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings -> Integrations
- Click the “Disconnect” button

The integration is now disabled. Your customers will no longer receive abandoned cart messages, notifications, and other automation features based on Shopify triggers.
