Q2: I currently have a ManyChat Pro account and have applied for a free Pro trial coupon. What will happen after my trial period expires?
- After the Pro trial period expires, your Pro account will expire, and you will need to upgrade the account to Pro to continue sending messages to your contacts.
- You can upgrade the expired Pro account to a paid Pro plan before August 31, 2021, to lock in the current Pro pricing for that account before March 1, 2022.
- If you upgrade the expired Pro account to a paid Pro account after September 1, 2021, your account will be subject to the new Pro pricing on the day of the Pro upgrade.
