We have released some new features, including new growth tools (to help you attract more customers), ManyChat Analytics (to help you track and understand how it works), and multiple new integrations (to connect ManyChat to your daily use Tools) and so on.
Today, more than 1.8 million companies in 190 countries/regions participate in and support billions of customer conversations in real time and on a large scale, making us the number one chat marketing platform in the world.
We have come a long way.
But with all growth, change is inevitable. We hope to continue to provide our customers with a world-class chat marketing platform and achieve this goal; we have made some updates to the free plan model, which will help us better align the plan and the value provided by the plan.
What has changed in the free plan?
From December 10, 2020, the new free account will have a limit of 1,000 contacts, and Facebook Ads integration and paid messaging will become Pro-only features.
ManyChat Pro plans will not change.
After a free account reaches 1,000 contacts, the growth tool will remain active, but all automation functions on live chat, broadcast and bots will be suspended. This action means that you can continue to add to the contact list, but if you do not have a Pro account, you cannot send messages to your contacts.

How do these changes affect me?
These changes to the free plan will take effect immediately for any new free accounts created.
If you already have a valid free account with more than 1,000 contacts, you must plan and execute the way forward by January 31, 2021. You will receive an email and notification in ManyChat with detailed information about next steps and options.

If you are an active user of ManyChat in our free plan, you will know the value it brings to you and can help you establish contact with customers to grow your business.
Although our free plan still provides incredible value for free, we have seen the benefits that Pro can bring to customers. By using Pro, you have unlimited access to advanced features to help you grow, nurture and connect with customers in a new way.
By accessing text messages and emails, you can turn to an omni-channel marketing strategy and contact your customers with the right message on the right channel. Moreover, when WhatsApp and Instagram integration appears on ManyChat, you will not miss any opportunities.
