You can create contacts manually. Go to "Audiences" and press the "Create New Contact" button.
Fill in the fields on the screen to create a contact. You can enter name, phone number, email and gender. Phone or email is a required field to create a contact.
If you want to send a text message or email to a new contact, make sure you have the user’s consent. It is a mandatory part of SMS and email marketing because it is regulated by law. Please check the laws of your country before sending the email.
Important note: After creation, you can only edit the phone or email, so please enter the information carefully. In the next iteration, you will be able to edit more subscriber fields.
Data validation rules:
Phone and email are checked when creating. If the data is incorrect, the contact cannot be created. Below is a description of how we check the data.
phone:
-Phone number is correct (We will check the number of digits in the phone according to the country/region. Therefore, if you enter more or less than the number in a specific country/region, no contact will be created);
-The phone number exists.We check if the phone number exists and is active.
e-mail:
-The email is valid (if @ is missing, no contact will be created).
If the phone or email you entered has already been assigned to another user from your contact list, you will not be able to create a contact with such data.
