The landing page growth tool is another powerful ManyChat feature that allows you to create a simple landing page with just a few clicks.
This tool is perfect for instant promotions, especially if you don't have your own website or promotional page. Quick and easy: create the page and share the link with customers via email or directly on social media. Ready to get started? Let's go!

Create a new growth tool and then select the landing page from the list. In the “ Other growth tools”section, did you see this little icon? That's it!

This growth tool has 4 labels:
Initial state – This is how users see your landing page for the first time.
Submission state - The appearance of the landing page after the user clicks the button. It can display a custom message or redirect the user to another URL.
Opt-in action - The message that users will receive after clicking the button.
Set up - You can get the landing page URL here.

I decided to create a ManyChat webinar landing page as an example, and it took me less than 5 minutes to set up. I didn't use any design software at all, but it still looks great!

Here’s how you can customize it:
- Add a title
- Add a description (not required)
- Choose button type:With checkboxAllows you to create custom button text (the send to Messenger checkbox looks like this).Send to MessengerThe checkbox will be removed, but in this case, the button title cannot be edited.
Note: When someone clicks the button on your login page and receives the opt-in message from the messenger, they must reply to this message or click the reply button/quick reply to become a subscriber!
- SelectBackgroundColor,TitleColorwithDescription Color
- SelectButton Background: Blue or White
- Set upButton Size: Small, Medium, or Large
- AdditionalImage
- Set upImage Position: Above Title, Above Description, and Below Description
Now, you can preview the landing page on desktop or mobile devices. You can also find a link in the “ Settings”tab and open the page in a browser (you must activate the login page first). Here’s what we have:

Submission state #
The submission status tab has 2 options: You canShow new messagesorRedirect to URL.
By redirecting to URL,you can send it to any desired page after the user clicks the “Send to Messenger” button. Here, you can insert the URL and choose where to open the URL in a new tab or the current tab.
Note: Please remember that certain browser settings may block pop-ups and prevent widgets like “landing pages” from functioning properly.
I want to thank people for clicking and providing further instructions, so I chose “ Show new messages”, TheMessage allows me to create another custom page with a new look. Therefore, you can do the following:
- Add title
- Add description or turn it off
- Choose background, title, button, button text, and description colors
- Add custom button text
- AdditionalImage
- Set upImage Position: Above the title, above the description, or below the description

Therefore, my landing page was successful, and now it's time to connect with my new ManyChat subscribers to provide them with some information. I created a Message in the Message Builder that contains a link to a webinar and a conversational action to start interacting with the bot. It also tags the subscribers so I can create a broadcast to provide them with a replay of the webinar in case they miss it later.

This is the final step that allows you to obtain the landing page link and share it via email on social networks and Messenger. Share it with your customers and convert them into subscribers!
You can also add your Facebook Pixel ID to the landing page to track events on the page:

Amazing! Creating a landing page has never been so easy!
If you do not see the “Send to Messenger” button on your target webpage, it may be due to certain ad-blocking browser extensions on your side or the user's side, and this issue may require turning them off - to ensure the button displays correctly, they must be turned off.
Obviously, the internet connection should also be fast and stable enough.
If your target webpage does not have a send subscription message, please first ensure that this growth tool is active.
If so, click“the ”Refresh Permissions" button (found in the ManyChat account's“Settings” => “General”section). For this, you need to have an “Admin” page role in both ManyChat and Facebook.
Additionally, go to the “Growth Tools” tab and check the “Authorized Websites” list. Make sure you have listed ManyChat, and if not, please ensure to add it.

After that, you need to check the “Subscribe” message itself: open the “Growth Tools” and ensure the flow is published. If you see a yellow dot in the screenshot below, it indicates that changes to your “Subscribe Message” have not yet been published:
Please ensure all changes are saved before using the “Growth Tools”: click “Edit Flow” and then click “Publish” - this will save and update your “Subscribe Message.” After that, reactivate your growth tools.
The most common reason for not receiving your subscription message is that ManyChat does not have a conversation on Facebook. This is due to “ 2. the handover agreement.”Control: This is a protocol that transfers control of user conversations to the LiveChat application based on the recipient role of the user conversation. To ensure ManyChat processes all messages with 100% accuracy, you must set up your switch protocol.
To enable the switch protocol: Go to the Facebook page settings => Messenger Platform => App Settings => Configuration, and set “ 9. Primary Receiver ”10. “ role to ManyChat, and assign the ”Secondary Receiver" role to other applications.
To correctly activate the switch protocol, the page must have an application with the “Primary Recipient” role.
