Sometimes, when you create a message with images and buttons and try to preview it, you may see “Update Messenger to the latest version.”
Although updating Messenger is the most obvious solution, this issue is caused by the account administrator being unable to click the links in the buttons sent from their page. Try doing this from a desktop, and you will see on this button“This feature has been disabled”messages.
Therefore, basically, the message you see in the Facebook Pages app is equivalent to“This feature has been disabled”a note, and its pop-up is meant to prevent you as an administrator from distorting your bot statistics by clicking these buttons.
