Please read all parts of this article very carefully. This update is related to connecting/disconnecting your Facebook business page, deleting an account, and inviting users to join the account as an administrator (+ assigning them a role).
This update means that your current ManyChat account is independent of any channel (Facebook, SMS, email solutions).
Before this version, your account was directly connected to Facebook, and other SMS and Email channels could not be used alone (there will be other channels in the future).
Now your ManyChat The account has become a space where you can connect to all available channels. You can use them individually or together (as part of omnichannel marketing).
To further illustrate the problem, let's check the changes:
1. How to create a new account.
Go to the general panel containing the account, scroll down and press the "Add new account" button:
Enter the account name and click the "Create Account" button:
After creating an account, you can leave it on the control page and click the pencil icon to edit its name:
important hint: One account = one Facebook business page. If you want to connect another business page to ManyChat, you must create a new account and then connect the page to that account.
2. You can add new channels independently of other channels.
Go to the "Control Page" tab, find the desired channel, and click the "Connect" button:
3. Use Flow Builder without a connected channel.
You can use Flow Builder without a connection channel to understand how it works and create templates.
please remember:
1) The PRO function is only available after the account is upgraded to PRO;
2) Widgets, Facebook ads, Facebook broadcasts, paid messages, directories, default replies and welcome messages can only work after connecting to the Facebook business page. #
4.It is currently not possible to delete the unified account (this feature will be available soon), but you can disconnect the Facebook page from the account.
To disconnect the page, go to Settings => General, scroll down and click the "Disconnect" button:
Then confirm this action by typing "disconnect" and clicking the "confirm" button:
After disconnecting, you can still view the disabled pages in the "Information Center" tab:

If you want to reconnect to a disabled page, go to Settings => General, scroll down and click the "Connect" button. The page will be re-enabled immediately:

After disconnecting the Facebook page from your account, you will not be able to connect another FB page to that specific account. Only disabled pages in this account can be reconnected.
5. Access existing account
To access an existing account, you must ask the administrator of that account to send you an invitation link. The administrator should go to "Settings" => "Users" and click the "+Invite new members" button.
Select the role and click the "Generate Link" button:
Click the "Copy" button and send the link to the new page member:
Important note: If you want to manage Facebook business pages with roles and access permissions, but have disconnected these pages from ManyChat or have not been connected before-you must ask the administrator of the page to send you an access link. Such pages cannot be added to the new account because they may already be connected to another unified account. You must access the entire unified account through the invitation link.
