If you don't remember setting up these messages in ManyChat - make sure to check “Facebook Assistant” in the Fb page's “Settings” > “Messaging” > “During Messenger Conversations” > “Settings”.
Additionally, if you have other applications connected to the Facebook page - messages may come from those applications, so be sure to check the settings here.
If the problematic messages were set up in ManyChat, but you don't want to trigger them this way, open a live chat conversation with the user experiencing the issue and check for any records regarding triggers (such as “Rules”, “Sequences”, etc.) - this can clarify things!
