This type of widget allows you to gain new SMS leads. You can install the SMS Modal Widget on your website and collect phone numbers.
How it works: New subscribers see a widget. After that, subscribers select a country/region, enter their phone number, and press the button to subscribe. After entering the phone number, you will see that subscriber in your audience.The widget will only be displayed after you activate the SMS channel. For more information, please see Here.
How to set up
Go to Growth Tools -> Widgets -> and select SMS Modal.
To install the widget, you need to fill out 4 sections:
Initial state - Set the appearance of the widget.
Submission state - Set the appearance after the visitor submits the button.
Opt-in action - Set the message that the visitor will receive after interacting.
Set up - Authorize your website and copy the Widget code.
Initial state - Set the behavior of your widget appearance.
Appearance settings:
- Background image (including opacity settings) - allows you to upload a background image for the entire widget. Use the opacity to control the brightness of the image. You can make it light or dark.
- Color - use the following options to manage the color of the text: title, background, button background, button text, and legal text.
- Button title - use this option to write text that encourages customers to click the button.
- Image - in addition to uploading images for the entire widget, you can also upload images within the widget. Control the placement using the image placement options.
Note: Your “legal text” color should be bright and clear. You must confirm this action to activate the widget. New subscribers must see and understand that by subscribing, they agree to receive your SMS.
Widget behavior:
- “When to show” - allows you to set the conditions for displaying to visitors: immediately, scroll %, exit intent, or even scroll to an element with a target ID.
- Show the widget again to the same user afterwards - allows you to hide the widget from the same visitor within the same time period.
-If closed manually by the user, then show after - If you allow visitors to close this widget, you can set a delay time after which it will appear again.

Appearance settings:
-Color- Use the following options to manage the color of the text: title, background, description.
-Image- You can upload images within the widget. Control the placement using the image placement options.
Choose engagement actions #
-Enable message- Create a message for the widget here, which a user will receive after clicking the widget button. You can edit existing messages in the account content or replace them with other messages.
set up #
Step A: Authorize your website. Insert your website domain and click add, it will appear in the “Authorized Websites” list.
Note: You can authorize up to 10 websites per page, which will appear in the website list of each growth tool added.
Step B: Copy the code and paste it into the section of your website (in the same location as where you insert the Google Analytics script).
