How to get started with ManyChat on Zapier. #
To create your first Zap with ManyChat, click the “Connect Account” button and select a page. Remember, your page must have a Pro Subscription.

Select one of your accounts and click “Connect” (your free subscription account will show as “Upgrade to PRO” button). The selected account will be added to your Zapier, so you can use it in this Zap or connect a new account.

Use the “Test” button to test your connection to ensure your account has been successfully synced. After creating the trigger, Zapier will fetch an admin of the page to run the test (Zapier only uses it as an example) - ensure this profile meets the trigger conditions.

After creating the Zap and completing all steps, you will see the final pop-up where you can name your Zap and activate it.

How to activate the Trigger Zap action #
After connecting Zapier to your ManyChat account, the “Trigger Zap” action will appear in the action list:

If you do not see the action, it may be that the connection between Zapier and ManyChat has been lost. Updating/reconnecting it will help the “Trigger Zap” appear.
I do not see Zapier in the integration list,
because unlike ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets, and other applications, it is a middleware type application and is therefore not listed in the integration list. Zapier allows ManyChat to integrate with auxiliary applications without using the “Integrations” tab.
