Problem:
The page is connected to ManyChat, but the “Get Started” button does not appear in Messenger.
It is important to note that the “Get Started” button is a mandatory feature from Facebook, and you can see it in the Messenger chat box before having a conversation with the page - users must press it to start receiving messages from the Bot.
If a page is connected by a user with the “Editor” page role on this Facebook fan page, it may result in the “Get Started” button being missing.

Please note that this actionmust be performed by a ManyChat admin with the “Admin” page role on this page on Facebook:In your ManyChat account, go to “Settings” => “General”,and then click the “Refresh Permissions” button. If this does not help, try republishing the main menu or welcome message on this page - then, the “Get Started” button will appear on Facebook.
