ManyChat has a lot of information about your subscribers, your tools and the connections between them. For example, you can always track how many users received a specific message, or how many users clicked certain buttons in the process.
This article specifically introduces the tool used to track this information-each section displays different numbers with different meanings, and we hope to help you understand these numbers so that you can know ManyChat like the back of your hand.

The Dashboard tab will show you basic information about active subscribers and audience growth. You can use 3 different charts to analyze the statistics here:
1. Active subscribers
2. Net subscribers
3. Subscribers and unsubscribers
The "Active Subscribers" graph shows how many subscribers you have now (the big blue number in the screenshot above); the number of subscribers in the selected time period, the number of unsubscribers, and the number of net subscribers are below the graph.
You can choose any time period and the numbers below the graph will change accordingly. Note: When you select "Today", you will see the statistics for the past 24 hours. Therefore, when you view these statistics the next day, it may be different.
The "net subscribers" graph shows the number representing subscribers minus unsubscribers per day. You can also play the time period here.
"Subscribers and unsubscribers" will show you daily statistics about the users that your bot has subscribed to and not subscribed to (see What I do there?). This view can help you analyze why there are ups and downs, the dates associated with these ups and downs, and give you an idea of how to get more subscribers!
Keep in mind that sometimes Facebook prohibits a large amount of false/suspicious personal data, and you will see unexplained unsubscribe numbers. Don't worry, Facebook is just trying to make its platform a better platform with huge fake users!

There is not much statistical information in the LiveChat section: here you can see the user profile in the "Users" tab and the time the subscriber interacted with your page. Note: "Interaction" is a real-time message delivered to the page through direct messaging. Opt-in messages from different growth tools and bots will not be counted.

Facebook Ads JSON |
So far, unfortunately, ManyChat cannot track JSON statistics. You can see the disclaimer under "?". Log in the "clicked" part of the JSON statistics. It said: "Due to the limitations of the platform, we absolutely cannot track the impression of the growth tool and the statistics of the messages selected to receive. The first time we can track the user is when he/she clicked the button in the selected message to receive." |
The "conversion" rate is the percentage of users who chose to join after completing the "impression" operation.

Each message block in each Flow has its own statistics:
Sent-The number of times the stream has been sent to the user.
Delivered-How many users have opened Messenger, but there is no reading process.
Opened-How many users have opened Flow messages in Messenger.
Clicked-How many users clicked the button in the email.
Important note: This email can be sent to 3 users, but 1 of them will click 2 different buttons, and 1 will not click at all. That's what you will see: 66.7% (2 users) clicked the button. 3 clicks from 2 users. Click once on "+1" (33%) and twice on "+5" (67%).
